Default Import Panasonic HDC-SD60 HD Video to iDVD on Mac Leopard

Import Panasonic HDC-SD60 HD Video to iDVD on Mac Leopard

While iMac and MacBook Pro are bundled with 8x slot-loading SuperDrive as DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW, it is easy to create/author and burn videos to DVD with iDVD. You may have shot videos with AVCHD camcorders like Panasonic HDC-SD60 for family movies, but face difficulties loading the 1080i MTS files from Panasonic HDC-SD60.

When importing HDC-SD60 to iMovie '08, there is noise and something like Blocky effect on the movie. I notice there is recent update on August 17, 2010 saying iMovie '09 imports Panasonic HDC-SD60 now. It could be a solution to upgrade iMovie 8 to iMovie 9, and Convert HDC-SD60 MTS Videos to MOV for iDVD. Another solution is to use third party transcoding tool like Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac to bring HD videos to iDVD for burning to DVD.

Well, here I would like to demonstrate the simple steps for converting Panasonic HDC-SD60 1080/60i or 1080/50i MTS to MOV for iDVD, and burn to DVD.

Step 1. Load Panasonic videos to Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac.
Use USB cable to connect Panasonic HDC-SD60 with iMac/MacBook Pro, and transfer .mts files from camcorder to Apple hard drive disk. Run Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac as the super Mac Panasonic Video Converter, and click the "Add" button to load 1080i .mts videos.

Step 2. Choose MOV output.
Click the "Format" option, and choose Adobe Premiere/Sony Vegas > MOV (AVC)(*.mov) as output format. The Mac Panasonic HD video converter will use the original video resolution by default. Click the "Settings" button to change video frame rate to 29.97 fps. You may also change the video resolution to 720x480 (NTSC) or 720x576 (PAL) for DVD.

Step 3. Convert MTS to MOV for iDVD.
Click the convert button under the preview window, the Mac Convert Panasonic HDC-SD60 HD Videos to iDVD starts the conversion from 1080i MTS to H.264 MOV for iDVD on Mac Snow Leopard.

Step 4. Author/Burn DVD with iDVD.
When the conversion is finished, run iDVD to create a project and load the H.264 MOV videos to iDVD. Edit the DVD menu and insert a blank DVD-R to SuperDrive. Then click the "Burn" button on the bottom of the window to start burning DVD video.

Tips:
Keep your videos within 90 minutes per disc as standard DVD. Then play the DVD on your TV to share the movies.

I thought I had read this wrongly at first but it would seem I hadn`t. I agree with some of the other comments on this, it seems slightly unethical to me to be using this trick and I would think that once customers knew this was going on, I suspect they would be disturbed by it. I understand the benefits and the positive side to the argument however, it`s a case of do the means justify the end and in todays security consious world, would customers stand for this sort of thing. It is amost inevitable that this method would be discovered by the population in general as these things generally are and then before you know it, it is a topic on the news gaining bad press. When do you say things have gone too far? Useful to Convert Videos to Galaxy Tab and Transfer Mac videos to Samsung Android tablet

When Samsung announced Galaxy Tab as an iPad killer in September, the Samsung tablet becomes a hot topic. However, the tablet does not come out in expected released date (October, 2010) through T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T or Sprint. Recently Verizon planned to sell the 7-in Samsung Galaxy Tab on Nov. 11 at $600, while T-Mobile offered $699 plan for Samsung Galaxy Tab. The prices are higher than the $499 Apple iPad via AT&T. It may hit some observers, but the Android 2.2 Froyo with Flash support is attractive point for Android lovers.

Even though there is competition between Samsung Android Galaxy Tab and Apple iPad, just like the Samsung Galaxy S to Apple iPhone 4, you can also connect Galaxy Tab to Mac computer for transferring videos from Mac computer to Samsung Galaxy Tab without using iTunes.

Samsung Galaxy Tab includes full HD (1080p) video player and records 720x480 at 30fps. From the listed supported video and audio format, Samsung Galaxy Tab actually supports many videos and audio.

Galaxy Tab supported video formats: MPEG4, H.263, H.264, DivX, XviD, WMV, AVI, 3GP, Flash Video
Galaxy Tab supported audio formats: MP3, AAC, OGG, WMA, AMR-NB/WB, FLAC, WAV, AC3, MIDI

However, if you have videos in different formats like TiVo, MTS/M2TS, TP, TS, MKV, VRO, RMVB on your Mac computer, the videos could not play on Galaxy Tab. Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac is the recommended Mac video to Samsung Galaxy Tab converter for you to convert TiVo to Galaxy Tab, MKV to Galaxy Tab on Mac OS X like 10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.5 Leopard and 10.4 Tiger.

Have a look at the step-by-step guide below, you will find it useful to convert videos to Galaxy Tab and transfer Mac videos to Samsung Android tablet.

Step 2. Choose output format for Galaxy Tab.
Click the "Format" option, and navigate the mouse cursor to Common Video, you will find many output formats. As Samsung Galaxy Tab supported many movie formats, you can choose either .mp4, .mov, .avi, .or wmv as output format for the Samsung Android tablet.

Step 3. Convert videos to Galaxy Tab on Mac.
Click the convert button under the preview window, and the Mac Galaxy Tab video converter will start converting videos to MP4/WMV/AVI/MOV for Samsung Galaxy Tab with best quality.

Configure Port Mapping by taping on Galaxy Tab like Home > Menu > Settings > Applications > USB Settings > Mass Storage, connect Galaxy Tab to Mac computer with USB cable and tap the Mount button on Galaxy Tab. Then you can transfer Mac videos and music to Galaxy Tab in ease.

Just checked my iTunes account and looks like Episode 103 is downloading! I recently sent a message convert YouTube to MOV to iTunes support. Not sure if that helped or not? If you haven't received your episode, I'd send in a message. Maybe there's a glitch and they have to do it manually. Happens a lot to me when I get PPV fights, etc. Good luck! I had the same thing happening for todays episode for 105... I just figured to hit buy it and see if I could get the 2.99 back later...

I signed up with my iPhone 4, added an iPhone 3G, added a touch 3rd gen and added an iPad all on iPod to computer the same account. So it's working for me with four devices. I'll be trying to add a 5th closer to Christmas. My name is Caileigh and I will be assisting you with your request. I understand that you did not receive the "Tell it to the Frogs" episode of Season 1 of "Walking Dead," and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The biggest draw the iPad has is the large number of choices of applications and other goodies. The YouTube to MOV learning curve is easy and there are no shocking shortfalls such as Android's lack of spell checking. V-Control provides a multi-touch control surface for Pro Tools on a Mac and soon on Windows systems. V-Control uses WiFi to control transport, editing, and mixing functions with Pro Tools 9, HD, or LE.

Since upgrading from iOS4.1 to iOS4.2.1 i noticed a different problem but somehow related to Blueto mp4 to wmv oth: When calling my voicemail from my car, the connection appears on my car interface, then disappears after a few seconds... but the communication is still running on the iPhone. I can see the menu to select the channel (iPhone or Loudspeaker or car interface), but can't select car interface.
