I have the same issue. I activate data network option but every aplication that needs internet says flv to mp4 that there is no connection. At first, i solved this problem restarting the phone, but then i discovered that if i (after activating data network) switch 3G off, and then on again, the data connection becomes active. Try this.I have exactly same problem. I restarted network settings and problem still exists. I have Iphone 4 brought from apple store unlocked. and I'm i UK on O2 network.
